Spotlight.ai for Zoom Meetings app

​​​The Spotlight.ai for Zoom Meetings app is only available to organizations that subscribed to Spotlight.ai services.
The app allows Spotlight.ai customers to integrate Zoom with our AI driven, Guided Conversational Value Intelligence and Sales Qualification platform for enterprise sales teams. It enables a bot that joins meetings to take notes and analyze them. Once the integration of your organization is enabled, all your users can use the Spotlight.ai for Zoom Meeting app.

Adding the app
There is no individual setup needed to add the app. If you are a Spotlight.ai customer, the app will be integrated by Spotlight.ai when you join the service.

Using the app
Once you are set as a Spotlight.ai customer, the app will appear as a Zoom participant in  some of your Zoom meetings that you invite by email. You will notice an additional Spotlight.ai zoom participant in your calls. This integration brings the content of your sales calls into Spotlight.ai system to drive sales discovery, status evaluation and actionable suggestions in the Spotlight.ai portal.

Removing the app
To remove the app altogether contact Spotlight.ai to disconnect the integration. To remove the app from an ongoing call, the Zoom meeting host can remove the Spotlight.ai bot participant.
