Nate heads the teams that are actively engaged with Spotlight.ai’s customers, focused on the company’s critically important value of customer success. His teams are responsible for onboarding, product adoption, best practices and developing long-term relationships with Spotlight.ai’s’s customers.

He is an experienced executive for early and mid-stage technology firms specializing in building and optimizing customer-facing organizations. Over the past 29 years in enterprise software, he has held leadership roles in Customer Success, Presales, and Engineering. Nate was the founder, CTO and COO of Genilogix (acquired by Avnet). Afterwards, he joined Perfecto Mobile (acquired by Perforce) to run Presales and later to lead Customer Success, Professional Services and Technical Support. Nate ran Customer Experience at Utilant (acquired by Majesco).

Nate lives with his wife and two dogs in Pittsburgh and anxiously awaits the opportunity to resume his passion for travel.
